Ahmed Mohamed
Carbon Storage Principal Consultant
Ahmed’s recent work includes independent subsurface reviews supporting project decision-making and stakeholder assurance for major CCS initiatives in North America and Europe. He is experienced in aligning technical deliverables with regulatory and standards-based expectations, including U.S. EPA Class VI requirements and ISO 27914/27916 frameworks for geological storage of CO₂. Earlier in his career, Ahmed developed and applied advanced geophysical and reservoir modeling workflows, including geostatistical seismic inversion, pore pressure and fracture gradient prediction, and mechanical earth modeling, to reduce drilling and subsurface development risk. He holds a Ph.D. from Texas A\&M University focused on CO₂ sequestration in saline aquifers and depleted reservoirs.
