A mother’s room will be available in the hotel on the third level during show hours. Outlets will be accessible and a restroom is nearby. Contact ccus@aapg.org with any questions.

Items found during the event should be turned in to CCUS Show Management personnel, located in Registration. If your lost items have not been turned in, you can leave contact information at Registration.

Capturing or photographing contents of Exhibit Displays or Technical Sessions is strictly prohibited.

Children under the age of 16 will not be allowed in the exhibit hall during setup or teardown. Children 13 and older will be allowed to attend the exhibition during regular exhibition hours if they are properly registered, wearing their badge and accompanied by an adult. During exhibition hours, children under the age of 13 will not be allowed into any activities within the exhibit hall unless they are young enough to be confined to a stroller, backpack or front pack.
