Tim Duncan is the President and CEO and a co-founder of Talos Energy Inc. (NYSE: TALO). Headquartered in Houston, Texas and founded in 2012, Talos Energy is a leading offshore energy company focused on offshore oil and gas exploration and production as well as the development of future carbon capture and storage opportunities in the U.S. Gulf Coast, Gulf of Mexico and offshore Mexico. Talos became a public company in May 2018 following its merger with Stone Energy, transitioning from a private company initially funded with $600 million of capital commitments by two leading global investment firms. Talos is the third company that Duncan has built with partners over the last twenty years, following the success of Gryphon Exploration and Phoenix Exploration. Since inception, Talos has grown from 5 original employees to over 550 employees and is today one of the largest independent producers in the basin. Talos has been named a Houston Chronicle Top Workplace for the last ten consecutive years.
Mr. Duncan is the past Chairman (2021-2022) and a past Vice Chair (2020-2021) of the National Offshore Industries Association (NOIA) and serves on their board of directors. He is a member of the board of directors of Chesapeake Energy Corporation and of the American Cancer Society CEOs Against Cancer. He also serves on various academically focused boards including the College of Engineering Dean’s Advisory Council and the Foundation Board at Mississippi State University. Mr. Duncan holds a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Mississippi State University and an MBA from the Bauer Executive Program at the University of Houston.
Peter Findlay

A Principal Analyst in the Energy Transition Practice, Peter joined Wood Mackenzie in 2021 to help grow the firm’s understanding of CCUS economics and to develop specific expertise on North American projects. Peter has extensive experience with major energy infrastructure project conception and development, including major North American CCUS and hydrogen project development and transactions.
Starting his career as a fluid dynamics engineer at Pratt & Whitney, Peter then joined at strategy and management consulting firm A.T. Kearney, working for six years primarily with supermajors, NOCs, large corporates and major investment funds in the oil, gas, and power sectors. He then led the Financial Modelling and Decisions practice at PwC in Western Canada including a one-year secondment in London, UK, before working as a Vice-President at EY Parthenon and as a Partner with Criterium Group, where he conducted commercial due diligence engagements for energy transactions and projects.
Peter has been affiliated since 2015 with the Oxford Institute Energy Studies, focusing on Canadian oil and gas, a subject on which he has authored several peer-reviewed papers and spoken at the OPEC meetings and other international conferences.
Peter is a mechanical engineering graduate of the University of Alberta and later earned an MSc. degree in Computational Fluid Dynamics of Turbine Engines from McGill University and an MBA degree in Finance from ESSEC, Warwick and Mannheim Business Schools in Europe.
Peter speaks fluent French, is a registered Professional Engineer in the province of Alberta, and is a member of the Society of Decision Professionals.

Cindy Yeilding

Cindy Yeilding is the Independent Director of Denbury Inc. Previous roles included Senior Vice President of BP America; Vice President Gulf of Mexico Exploration & Appraisal, and Global Geoscience Research and Technology Manager for BP. Yeilding’s specialties include exploration and technology, and she is currently leading the working team for the US National Petroleum Council study on Carbon Capture, Use, and Storage (CCUS). Yeilding is Chair of the Offshore Technology Conference and serves on the Board of Directors of BPX&P and the Greater Houston Partnership. She is BP’s Executive Sponsor for Princeton University and serves on the Advisory Board for the Jackson School, University of Texas and the Executive Board of Dedman College, Southern Methodist University (SMU). She has served as an American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG) Distinguished Lecturer and was named a “Legend in Exploration” by AAPG. Yeilding actively promotes STEM education and created the OTC High School Energy Challenge. She was recognized as one of Houston’s “Top 15 Business Women” by the National Diversity Council, received a “Women in Energy Leadership” award from the Houston Business Journal, and was named one of Houston’s “50 Most Infuential Women” by Houston Woman Magazine. She holds a BS in geology from SMU and an MSc in geology from the University of North Carolina.

Maris Densmore, Director of Industrial Solutions at American Carbon Registry, is responsible for overseeing the investigation, analysis, and implementation of new strategic opportunities to harness the power of markets for high impact emission reduction and removals actions in the energy and industrial sectors including geologic storage of carbon, methane emission abatement, and long-term storage of carbon via other industrial processes. Prior to joining ACR, Maris spent almost 20 years in the environmental and oil and gas sectors and was responsible for developing technical and policy solutions to key industry issues. She specializes in building strategies for challenging technical issues within complicated political and policy environments such as climate change and carbon mitigation, water use and protection, sustainability, and community engagement. Throughout her career, Maris has been active in community outreach, education, and engagement. Maris is a licensed geologist and has extensive field experience in both environmental and oil and gas operations. Maris has a BS in Earth Science from UC Santa Cruz and a MS in Geology from UC Davis.
Kerryanne Leroux

Kerryanne M. Leroux is an Assistant Director for Integrated CCS and Alternative Energy at the Energy & Environmental Research Center (EERC), holding M.S. and B.S. degrees in Chemical Engineering. Ms. Leroux leads teams of scientists and engineers focusing on various CCS systems such as fossil and/or renewable energy, managing several multimillion-dollar public- and private-sector projects. Ms. Leroux is currently working on project teams supporting regional hydrogen (H2) industry development, including integrated production, transportation, end use, and geologic storage research as well as continuing carbon capture and storage (CCS) evaluation and implementation activities.
Amanda Raddatz Bopp

Amanda Raddatz Bopp has 15 years of industry experience as a Geologist, with the past 9 years focusing on Carbon Management related to saline aquifer sequestration, Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR), and depleted hydrocarbon fields. Amanda’s CCUS skillset is broad, with experience selecting CCUS sites, developing subsurface characterization plans, well design and field operations, exploration and production geology, interpretation of seismic and remote-sensing geophysical data, and experience with CO2 sites in mafic geology. In her current role, Amanda provides advisory, risk assessment, and technical assurance expertise to CO2 site developers, investors, and regulators across the globe. She has a master’s degree in hydrogeology and geochemistry from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

Lisa joined ExxonMobil in 2008 and is the technical team lead of the Carbon Storage Technology Development Team within the Low Carbon Solutions Technology Portfolio at ExxonMobil Technology and Engineering Co. Lisa is a chemical engineer by education studying at Northwestern University for her BS and University of Minnesota for her PhD. Lisa is a reservoir engineer by profession specializing in fundamental physics and modeling of multi-phase flow in porous media. Lisa has primarily worked upstream research projects during her career: reservoir simulation and history matching, special core analysis, biogenic reservoir souring, and geologic carbon storage with a stint at ExxonMobil Production as a reservoir engineer for a massive gas field in the ME. In a previous life, before graduate school, Lisa was a process engineer at the IBM microelectronics foundry in Burlington, VT.
Holly Krutka

Holly Krutka is the Executive Director of the University of Wyoming School of Energy Resources – overseeing an interdisciplinary program focused on serving the Wyoming energy sector. She came to the university after serving as the Vice President for coal generation and emissions technologies at Peabody and previous to that was with Tri-State Generation and Transmission, Shenhua Group and ADA-Environmental Solutions. Dr. Krutka holds three patents focused on carbon capture, has served in leadership positions in the National Coal Council and the Carbon Utilization Research Council, has participated in the Carbon Capture Coalition, as a judge on the Carbon XPRIZE competition and the Carbon Removal XPRIZE competition, is a board member of the Western Research Institute and an ex-officio board member of the Wyoming Energy Authority. Dr. Krutka holds a bachelor’s degree, graduating magna cum laude, and a Ph.D. from the University of Oklahoma, both in chemical engineering.
Corey Shircliff

Corey Shircliff, P.G., is the Manager of the Geology Section in the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources – Injection and Mining Division. She oversees the geologic permitting and compliance processes for injection wells in the state and has supported the development of Louisiana’s Class VI Carbon Sequestration program. Corey has worked for LDNR for seven years and has previously worked in the energy industry. She holds a B.S. in Geology from Beloit College, M.S. in Geology from Louisiana State University, and a M.L.S. in Energy Law from the University of Oklahoma.
Owain Tucker

Owain Tucker is the Manager for CCS capability, assurance and project support, and the Principal Technical Expert in Carbon Storage in Shell. In these roles he leads a team of experts who support the delivery of CCS projects around the world, and are responsible for storage exploration and appraisal; technical assurance; integration; technology maturation; helping to shape the CCS research agenda; and the development of competences and capacity within Shell. Owain worked directly on the maturation of the Goldeneye CO2 store in the UK North Sea for over six years and lead the sequestration team who delivered the storage permit application and Storage development plan. Owain represents Shell in global taskforces which focus on the development of CCS. He is a member of the UK Exploration Taskforce, co-chairs the SPE group developing a Storage Resource Maturation System, and the Oil & Gas Climate Initiative Storage Working Group. He is on the executive committee of the IEA GHG R&D programme, the board of the UKCCSRC, and is a member the ZEP taskforce technology. He is also an Honorary Associate Professor at Heriot-Watt University where he lectures in CO2 storage. In previous roles Owain worked in Shell as a reservoir engineer, economist and eBusiness consultant; and at McKinsey & Company as a strategy consultant. He read Physics and Geophysics at the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa; and holds a D.Phil in Experimental Solid State Physics from the University of Oxford

Nikki Martin

Nikki C. Martin is President of the EnerGeo Alliance. As President, she is responsible for the EnerGeo Alliance’s global organization and execution of its mission and priorities to optimize the business and regulatory climate and enhance public understanding to support a strong, viable energy geoscience industry. Nikki is an attorney and government affairs professional with years of experience engaging government regulators globally.
Nikki joined the EnerGeo Alliance in 2013 as the Vice President for Government and Legal Affairs, she was responsible for monitoring and coordinating EnerGeo Alliance’s review and response to government regulations, directives and initiatives.
Before joining the EnerGeo Alliance, Nikki worked as the Regulatory and Legal Affairs Manager at the Alaska Oil & Gas Association (AOGA) and practiced law in Anchorage, Alaska. Nikki’s prior legislative experience includes serving as staff to U.S. Senate President Pro Tempore Ted Stevens and as legislative aide to the Alaska State Senate President and Alaska State House Majority Leader.
Nikki currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Western Resources Legal Center and is a member of the Alaska Bar Association. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of South Carolina and a Juris Doctor from the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College.
Randy Robichaux

Randy Robichaux, Vice President – Health, Safety, and Environmental, joined Denbury in 1997 and has over 25 years of HSE experience in the energy industry. Prior to being named Vice President, Mr. Robichaux served as the Denbury’s Director of HSE and Asset Integrity. During his tenure at Denbury, Mr. Robichaux has worked in both the field and corporate organizations while developing and implementing Denbury's HSE program. Before joining Denbury, Mr. Robichaux worked for the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality as an Environmental Quality Specialist. Mr. Robichaux holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Nicholls State University and is both a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and a Registered Environmental Manager (REM).

An engineer with 25yrs of experience in the energy industry, Dawn graduated from the Royal Military College of Canada as an Airforce Officer and began her engineering career in Alberta, Canada. In her role at Foss & Company, Dawn works closely with the Managing Director of Renewable Energy and Sustainable Technologies to manage all aspects of origination of carbon capture development projects including business development, risk analysis, contract negotiation, diligence, engineering design, project management, regulatory reporting, stakeholder engagement and portfolio management. She also advises clients on ESG investments and decarbonization plans as well as financing solutions.
Sara Minisini

Minisini is a member of Shell’s Reservoir Integrity and Containment team and is a Subject Matter expert in Microseismicity. In the past 12 years, Sara has worked as a research geophysicist on a variety of projects related to elastic waveform modeling, seismic imaging, seismic acquisition, and induced seismicity. Since 2020, she has focused her time on delivering a range of technical solutions for CO2 monitoring and MMV. This included management for one of Shell's key R&D programs involving the maturation of more affordable and effective monitoring technologies for large scale CCS deployments. Sara Minisini holds a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering and a PhD in Modeling and Applied Mathematics both from the Politecnico of Milano, Italy.

Richard Esposito

Richard is a veteran of the electrical utility industry and has served in various leadership roles for the last 30 years at Southern Company. He is current a R&D Program Manager in the Net Zero Technologies Group at the National Carbon Capture Center. Prior to Southern Company, he worked as an environmental regulator at the Alabama Department of Environmental Management.
Richard is a technical expert with a wide range of CCUS issues including capture, transportation, and storage, UIC permitting, and the Section 45Q tax credit. He has a diverse academic background with a B.S. and M.S. degree in Geology, a M.S. in Environmental Management, and a Ph.D. in Engineering. He serves on the Ph.D. research faculty, in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and serves as the committee chair for numerous Ph.D. students. He has published extensively and lectured internationally on a wide range of energy related issues.

Bill Maloney currently serves on the Energy Advisory Board of the University of Houston and is an Executive Advisor for Balex Technologies. Bill is also on the Corporate Advisory Board for AAPG and Co-chairman of AAPG's Sustainable Development Committee. Bill retired from Equinor in 2015 where he was Executive Vice President, leading Development and Production North America. In this capacity he played a key role in Equinor’s Corporate Executive Committee and was Equinor’s senior executive in North America. Before retiring from Equinor, Bill served on the National Petroleum Council and was a member of the board of API. After retiring from Equinor Bill served as an energy advisor for Warburg Pincus from 2015 - 2020. Bill also was on the board of Trident Energy from 2016 - 2021.

Dimitri Bevc

Dimitri Bevc is a Chevron Fellow and Computational Reservoir Geophysics Chapter Manager. His background is in seismic imagaing, but more recently he has been leading R&D in the integration of multiphysics to establish a robust and dynamic geophysics capability for CCUS and general subsurface characterization and monitoring. His work in CCUS stems from the late 2000s when he managed several DOE sponsored R&D projects. He holds a Ph.D. from Stanford and was SEG Distinguished Lecturer in 2015.
Deniz Dindoruk

Deniz Dindoruk is a senior front end development manager of Canada CCS projects in IG and Growth Development Upstream. She has more than 25 years industry experience, 22 years with Shell. She has held both R&D, and development/asset/strategy assignments mainly in Unconventional resources (oil shale and heavy oil and other EOR projects) as well as working as Integrated Project lead, front end development manager roles in deep water and EOR/CCS projects in projects and technology organization. For the last 7 years she has been leading technical development for CCS/CCUS projects in North America. Before joining Shell, she has worked at Amoco Tulsa Research Center on technology development for tight gas/ gas condensate reservoirs and horizontal wells. She holds BSc and MSc degrees from Middle East Technical University, and a PhD degree from Stanford University, all in petroleum engineering. She has several patents issued on Insitu Conversion/Upgrading Technology both in US and internationally. She is also serving as a technical editor for JPSE and SPE Reservoir Engineering journal.
